Players must hand craft custom dishes to satisfy the unique desires of each customer. Every dish is a unique puzzle, and along the way you will use and learn actual cooking knowledge and discover more about the ingredients you use. As you progress, you will unlock more ingredients and cooking tools, learn new ways to combine your ingredients to create particular flavors, and discover more about the different people who come into your restaurant.

Small Fry features a deep cooking system. Each ingredient has the potential to contribute many different flavors depending on how it’s prepared, and each customer has distinct and specific desires. Players will have to deeply understand the culinary tools available to them, and will be able to solve each customers tastes in their own creative style. Players can also rearrange flavor profiles in the menu to find easier ways to satisfy all of a customer’s requests and create a cohesive meal for them with the ingredients available.
